New Delhi: The Indian Premier League (IPL 2023) to be held next year will now be seen in its old format. In IPL 2023, teams will play matches at their home ground and at the opposing team’s ground. BCCI President Sourav Ganguly has given this information. Ganguly has informed the board-affiliated units.

In fact, for the last two years, due to the Corona epidemic, only a few venues were being organized in comparison to the IPL. In the year 2020, it was held in empty stadiums in three locations of the United Arab Emirates in Dubai, Sharjah and Abu Dhabi. Whereas in 2021 last year, this IPL was organized in four venues Delhi, Ahmedabad, Mumbai and Chennai. But, now the epidemic is under control. In such a situation, this league will be played in the old format of the home ground and the field of the opposing team.
