Holika Dahan was to be held in Hathras at 5:15 am on March 7, but under the joint auspices of Shri Mathura Nath Ji Temple and Ladli Lal Mandir in Delhi Wala Mohalla, people burnt Holika in the late evening of March 6 during the Pradosh period.

Acharya Upendra Nath Chaturvedi said that Pradosh Kaal is the only scriptural and pure time to burn Holika. Gopeshwar Chaturvedi, Shrikant, Kameshwar Nath, Somesh Chaturvedi, Kamalkant etc were present in the worship.
