The Special Court of POCSO Act has written a letter to the SSP to arrest Inspector Amit Kumar Pandey of Shahjahanpur Kotwali and produce him in the court. Judge Pankaj Kumar Srivastava expressed displeasure over the minor not coming to the court despite giving information during the hearing of the case of molestation and molestation.

The court said, the attitude of the then inspector and investigator Amit Kumar Pandey, who was posted at Sangramgarh police station, is not right. He wrote a letter to the SSP and SP of Shahjahanpur saying, Inspector Amit Kumar Pandey, who was posted at Sangramgarh police station in Pratapgarh, had discussed the matter of misconduct and molestation. The inspector was called several times after giving information to testify in the court.

Despite this, he is not coming, in such a situation the work is getting affected. The court has issued a non-bailable warrant against the inspector. Instructed that Amit Pandey should be arrested and produced in the court on 15th December.
