The Allahabad High Court has granted conditional anticipatory bail to Inspector Atul Kumar Rai of Pipraich police station in Gorakhpur and other police personnel. The court has said that within ten days submit the bond by appearing in the subordinate court. Justice DK Singh has given this order while approving the application of Atul Kumar Rai and others.

It may be known that on 25 June 22 Mrs. Indravati Devi lodged an FIR at Pipraich police station. Alleged that his daughter was cleaning the door. There was a dispute with some people regarding parking the bike. Neighbor Vipin assaulted the daughter of the complainant along with the family. The quarrel ended when people came to the noise. The complainant is a helpless widow. In the police station, the inspector asked for 20 thousand bribe for the action.

Taking them apart, threatened to give the money, otherwise they will put you in jail. Threatened his father as well. Other policemen were also involved in this. For taking action against one accused Vishal Chaudhary, the petitioner took 25 thousand rupees by threatening. Its video recording has been done from mobile phone. The court asked the government lawyer whether the charge sheet is there or not and whether the video has been recovered by the police or not. In the absence of a clear answer, the application was accepted.
