Even though the Governor’s arrival time at the district hospital was 2.15 pm, the police had completely restricted the vehicles going inside the hospital due to security arrangements.

Due to the arrival of Governor Anandiben Patel in Hathras, a ban was imposed on taking vehicles inside the district hospital. Timardar was carrying a patient on his back to the hospital, whose video was seen on social media.

Apart from the government ambulance, no private vehicle was allowed inside the district hospital. Due to which the attendants had to face a lot of difficulties in taking the patient who was unable to walk inside the hospital. Rajkumar, a resident of Nagla Tundla in the city, told that his daughter’s health worsened. He was brought by e-rickshaw to the hospital gate. The policemen did not allow the e-rickshaw to enter. The daughter was not able to walk, so had to be carried on her back to the TB hospital.
