On Monday morning, in Kotwali Hathras Junction area, a 14-year-old girl drank acid kept in a bottle thinking it to be water when she was thirsty. On being jealous, the teenager informed the family members about this. The relatives panicked and immediately took him to the district hospital for treatment.
The doctor posted in the emergency of the district hospital said that her relatives had brought the girl to the hospital. He drank the inflammable substance mistaking it for water. The condition of the girl is being told out of danger.
