Annual examinations will be held from March 20 to 24 in schools from classes one to eight run by the Basic Education Council. Results will be announced in schools on 31st March. For this, the Basic Education Department has stepped up the preparations.
Basic Education Council has 1236 primary, upper primary and merger schools in Hathras. One lakh 39 thousand children are registered in these schools. The Basic Education Department is engaged in preparation on the basis of instructions regarding annual examination and evaluation by the government. From March 26 to 30, the results will have to be prepared along with the evaluation of the copies. On March 31, the results of the examination will be announced in the schools and the children’s progress report i.e. report card will be given.
BSA Rahul Kumar Pawar said that the printing of question papers will be done by March 15 and the BEO will send question papers to the schools by March 18. The annual examination for class one will be oral, for classes two to five it will be oral and written and for classes six to eight it will be written. The exam will be of total 50 marks.
