Gyanvapi Case: Hearing in four cases including petition requesting worship of ‘Shivling’ today A to Z Counsel

Hearing of four cases related to the famous Gyanvapi episode of Varanasi will be held in different courts today. In the court of District Judge Dr. Ajay Krishna Vishwesh, the rest of the Gyanvapi campus is to be heard on the application of the survey commissioner’s action. In this case, there is a possibility of taking the next date.

At the same time, the application of Swami Avimukteshwaranand for permission to worship, recitation of Shivling-like figure in front of the survey in the Civil Judge Senior Division Court will also be heard. On the last date, the respondent Anjuman Intezamia Masjid Committee has filed an objection to it.

The third case pertains to the suit filed on behalf of Kiran Singh. In which the right of worship has been demanded in the Gyanvapi campus. This hearing will be held in the court of Civil Judge Senior Division Fasttrack Court Mahendra Kumar Pandey. An application has been filed in this court regarding another matter.
