In the court of Civil Judge Senior Division Ashwani Kumar, the court has fixed February 13 as the date of hearing to hear the arguments of both the parties in the case related to the raag bhog of Shivling manifested by Shankaracharya Swami Avimukteshwaranand. In this suit, on behalf of the plaintiff number two Ram Sajeevan Shukla, it has been said that the case related to the ragabhog of Lord Shivalinga has been filed in this court, which has been accepted. The court also accepts God as a minor. There are others to take care of him. When the deity is a minor, keeping him hungry even for a day is not according to Sanatan Dharma and Vidhi. Due to which this matter deserves immediate and speedy hearing. The opposition present in the court, Anjuman Intezamia Masajid, is from the other side, which we don’t accept the deity of Sanatani. Due to which want to take long date. And in the beginning the court has appeared without notice. In such a situation, it is necessary to hear the other application only after the hearing. So that according to the proper Sanatani Hindu tradition of worshiping the revealed Shivling, God is not deprived of the enjoyment of the raga. The court has been requested to allow the worship of the existing Shivling till the objection is filed by the opposition, so that the deity is not starved even for a day. This application has been given in the court on August 5 last year. Plaintiff’s argument is that more than five months have passed for filing the objection, yet by giving the opposition application, the court has demanded time for objection, which is against the law. It is necessary to dispose of this application as such.
