But the actual result will be declared tomorrow after the counting of votes. The Gujarat Assembly elections were held in two phases on 1 and 5 December. The counting of votes for this election (Gujarat Elections 2022) will start today at 8 am on December 8, 2022 (Thursday). At the same time, after 10 am the picture will start getting clear as to who is going to form the government. Counting of votes is going to take place at 37 counting centers for 182 assembly seats in the state.

Let us tell you that, on December 5, the election of the second and last phase of the Gujarat assembly elections was held on 93 assembly seats amidst tight security. In the second phase, 833 candidates from 61 parties were in the fray. On the other hand, voting for the first phase of elections on 89 seats in Gujarat elections took place on 1 December. In this, 788 candidates from different parties took part, whose fate is decided in the ballot boxes.
