Till 10 days back the women who were victims have now become accused of kidnapping. Actually, the Rajghat police had registered a case of forgery in the name of job on the complaint of women. Due to non-arrest in Amanat Me Khayanat (Section 406), the police was investigating.
Meanwhile, the victim women, accusing the police of not taking action, themselves reached Maharajganj and took one of the accused women forcibly in a car and came to Rajghat police station. On the other hand, Kotwali Maharajganj Kotwali police registered a case of kidnapping against eight people. The Maharajganj police who came in pursuit took the alleged kidnapping victim along with them on Tuesday.
According to the information, on the complaint of Preeti Verma, a resident of Mirzapur of Rajghat area, a case has been registered against three people under section 406 on January 5.
Preeti Verma told that Arif Ansari alias Rustum Ansari, Afreen Bane and Sanjeev Yadav, residents of Paratawal, Maharajganj, set up an office in the name of Ismail 4 Life Welfare Foundation, in which they started packing incense sticks. Preeti told that for packing for two hours, it was said to give a salary of Rs 4,000. Rs 1,159 was deposited as security.
Said, first the group gave three thousand salary by saying 4,000. After this it was said that from the next month two thousand will be given. On getting information about forgery, a case was registered.
Meanwhile, Preeti along with her fellow women reached Mahjraganj on Monday night. An accused forcibly took the woman away. With the help of CCTV cameras, the police started searching for the accused and reached Gorakhpur. Meanwhile, on Tuesday morning, the women themselves reached Rajghat police station with the accused woman. After which the police informed the Maharajganj police.
