To make this soup you need 7-8 garlic cloves. Peel it and wash it. Take three glasses of water in a vessel, now add crushed garlic buds, a piece of ginger, black pepper, cinnamon. Now let it cook. You can grind these things and put them in water. After that let them cook on low flame. Now add salt to it.
Let it cook well. When it starts cooking well and you can smell everything, take it off the gas. Filter it or you can drink it without filtering. Serve it by adding green coriander and black pepper powder. If you want, you can also temper it with cumin and asafoetida in ghee.
This will increase the taste of the soup. It is nutritious as well as tasty. This soup can also be given to children, but children should be given this soup only in small quantities.
