Gangster Act on BSP Leader |  Former minister and BSP leader Haji Yakub Qureshi, who ran a meat factory in UP, has been booked under the Gangster Act.  Navabharat


Meerut: A case has been registered against 7 people including his wife and son, former minister and BSP leader Haji Yakub Qureshi, who runs a meat factory under Meerut Kharkhoda police station in Uttar Pradesh. Meerut SSP Rohit Singh Sajwan said that a case has been registered under the Gangster Act under 7 people including former minister Haji Yakub Qureshi, his wife and both sons. Meat packaging and processing factories were being run illegally by them.

According to the information, action can also be taken to confiscate the property earned from illegal meat packaging and processing. Because seven accused including BSP leader Yakub Qureshi, his wife and both sons have been gangstered. After the approval of the district officer, a case has been registered at Kharkhoda police station in Meerut.

SSP, Rohit Singh Sajwan said that charge sheet was filed in the entire episode in which raids have been done in the factory. There is also a reward of 25,000 on Yakub Qureshi, he will be arrested soon.
