Direct flights to Goa and Pune are starting for the first time from Lal Bahadur Shastri International Airport Varanasi. Indigo Airlines aircraft will fly daily from 28 March. Similarly, the flight service to Pune will also start from March 31. Its schedule has also been prepared.
There is no direct flight from Varanasi airport to Goa and Pune. Earlier, IndiGo had started connecting flights to Goa but stopped the operations. Now Akasa Airlines has given the option of connecting flight to Goa. This is the first time that a direct flight can be made from Varanasi to Goa. The same situation is for Pune as well. The people of Purvanchal will get a big relief by taking flight of new planes. A large number of tourists visit Goa from Varanasi and surrounding districts. There is also an option to reach Goa in less time. Till now there was only option of connecting aircraft. Hence, the planes used to arrive late. Similarly professionals fly to Pune.
