Preparations are underway to make the first anniversary of the inauguration of Vishwanath Dham grand with the cooperation of the temple trust and the people of Kashi. Where the residents of Kashi will take out a procession of Baba Vishwanath, the temple premises will reverberate with Veda mantras. A series of havan, pujan to seminars and cultural programs in the temple will mesmerize the devotees. Apart from saints, dignitaries of Kashi have also been invited in the event. The sounds of Veda mantras and Vedic hymns will echo in the Dham from the morning of 13th December. In the evening, devotees will dive into the melody of bhajans by playback singer Anuradha Paudwal. Chief Executive Officer Sunil Verma said that on completion of one year of the inauguration of Srikashi Vishwanath Dham, Havan Pujan has been organized in the Dham from 11 am on December 13. Dignitaries along with saints will be present in this. Under the chairmanship of Shri Kashi Vishwanath Nyas Parishad, there will be a seminar on the cultural and spiritual impact of Shrikashi Vishwanath Dham. Renowned singer Anuradha Paudwal will perform in the evening. Any devotee can visit the Dham in the evening of Bhajan.
Tourism gets wings from Dham to Kashi Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s dream project Shrikashi Vishwanath Dham has been given concrete form last year itself. The Yogi Government of Uttar Pradesh and the team of officials worked hard day and night to give a grand look to the Dham. It was inaugurated on 13 December 2021 by Prime Minister Narendra Modi. After this, religious tourism in Kashi seems to have got wings. The temple complex, once spread over an area of only three thousand square feet, has today taken a grand shape in a vast area of about 5 lakh square feet.
