Fatehpur: Lover couple died by consuming poison, bodies found lying in the field, police were also surprised to see these items found nearby

The bodies of a Scheduled Caste girl and a Brahmin youth were found lying in the field on Tuesday morning in Khesahan village of Ghazipur in Fatehpur district. Police investigation revealed that the young man and the woman were in a love affair and their caste was coming in the way of marriage. Because of this, both of them died by consuming poison. Police found two pouches of poison from the spot.
Bhiru Dubey (22), a resident of Khesahan village of Ghazipur police station area, was a truck driver. He had a love affair with Scheduled Caste Meena Devi (18) living in the neighborhood. Bhiru’s uncle Sachin Dubey has a tube well outside the village. The dead bodies of Bhiru and Meena were seen by the villagers on the wheat field next to the tube well. The bodies were covered with mud. Seeing this, it was inferred that after consuming poison, both must have reached inside the field in agony. Sachin informed the family about the incident. People and police from both sides reached the spot.
Both the families told that they kept awake till around 12 in the night. By this time Bhiru and Meena were in the house. Both would have left the house only after they had slept. The family members are saying that they are not aware of the love affair. Police Station President Anand Pal Bhadoria told that the information about love affair between Bhiru and Meena has come to the fore. Committed suicide due to caste barrier in marriage. Two empty pouches of poison have been found on the spot. Apart from this, two pouches full of poison have also been found from the pocket of Bhiru’s jacket.
Bhiru’s mobile missing
Bhiru had left the house at night with his mobile. According to relatives, his mobile has not been found. The police is engaged in the investigation of the mobile. Mobile can have many secrets. The police station chief told that investigation will be done by taking the mobile numbers of the people of both the families.
There was a dispute between the two families There is a discussion among the villagers that the love affair between Bhiru and Meena was going on for almost a year. For three months the discussion had spread among the villagers. About 10 days ago, the family members of the girl had reached Bhiru’s house with a complaint. There was a dispute between the two families when they objected to the love affair.
