Urban areas should be equipped with more basic facilities in the next 5 years, for this there is a need to create an atmosphere from now itself. CM said that now the investors of the world want to invest in UP. The Chief Minister addressed the Prabuddhajan Sammelan organized at Ramlila Maidan in Kavinagar, Ghaziabad. During this, he also inaugurated/laid the foundation stone of 755 development projects worth 878 crore by pressing a button. Also released the coffee table book of Kanwar Yatra. CM thanked the local citizens for feeding lotus on all the seats of Ghaziabad in the assembly elections.
Ghaziabad was known among the dirtiest cities before 2017.
The CM said that before 2017, Ghaziabad was known to be one of the dirtiest cities in the state. Investors did not look at Ghaziabad with a good eye, but after this, the programs told by the state government were carried out rapidly under the leadership of the people’s representatives, the result of which is in front. Ghaziabad is creating new paradigms everyday. The country’s first 12-lane express lane highway is coming up connecting Ghaziabad. The country’s first rapid rail will start next year, which will pass through Ghaziabad. Ghaziabad has its own airport and excellent connectivity. The Chief Minister congratulated Ghaziabad for securing first position in the state and 12th position in the country in the 2022 cleanliness survey.

Ambassadors of 20 countries assured to send investors from their country
The CM said that from February 10 to 12, the curtain raiser of the Global Investors Summit was inaugurated on Tuesday morning. Ambassadors and delegates from 20 countries participated and said that they want to send investors from their countries to the summit. Under the guidance of PM Modi, work was done to change the picture of UP in 5 years. The state has become a good destination for investment. The state also has a better environment for ease of business starting. Investors from all over the world want to invest in UP. The reason for this is the policy of zero tolerance for crime-criminals and corruption-corrupt by the state government.
Mafia used to do organized crime before 2017
The CM said that before 2017, professional mafia used to commit organized crime in UP and western UP. The goons used to demand tax by troubling the common people, businessmen and entrepreneurs. Sisters and daughters used to feel insecure. BJP came in 2017, the result is in front. The policies of the government increased and criminals are leaving the state, from where earlier entrepreneurs and businessmen used to migrate. If it is given a chance in the state, then the state will get its benefit. On getting the opportunity, the youth have started contributing in the development of the state. The Government of India has 7 Municipal Corporations working under the State Smart City Mission. More than 30 thousand poor people got housing facility inside Ghaziabad Municipal Corporation. Under the Amrit Yojana, every household tap scheme is increasing rapidly. The atmosphere of security and better coordination of faith can be seen in the Kanwar Yatra of western UP. AMRUT Yojana, Smart City Mission is the best model of development. Municipal bodies have done a good job, more efforts are needed.

When I was an MP, I was afraid to come here
CM said that I used to be afraid to come here as an MP. Because of the situation and environment here before 2017. If he used to come in any program or movement, then he used to leave. Today Ghaziabad has established new paradigms of development. Those parties which do not have an agenda of development cannot extend this programme. Only a government with nationalist vision can increase development. During the programme, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath honored Ghaziabad’s Amitabh Shukla, Ramveer, Subhash Gupta, Upasana Arora, Ishani Agarwal and Shikha by giving them armbands.

- Certificates were given to Geeta Sharma, Babita Goyal, Nurun Mohammad, Raja, Ramkumar under Pradhan Mantri Swanidhi Yojana.
- A check of Rs 10 lakh each was given to Avi Chaudhary, Sukhbir, Sanjeev Chaudhary, Anshu Sharma and Rajkumar Saini were given a check of Rs 9.50 lakh each, beneficiaries of Prime Minister’s Employment Generation Scheme.
- Under One District, One District (ODOP), Akhil Jain (3.10 crore), Raghav Singhal (2 crore), Viresh Tyagi (55 lakh) and Rishibha Nehra (53.60 lakh) were given a check.
