Barabanki News: 38 places on Ayodhya highway become a cause of danger, 15 percent increase in road accidents

Road accidents have increased by 15% on the Ayodhya Highway starting from the border of the capital of Uttar Pradesh to Ramnagari. On the report of the Directorate of Traffic, on the letter of the Additional Chief Secretary Home, 50 km to reduce the accidents by 10 percent. In the report given by the Directorate of Traffic on the orders given by the Supreme Court and the Chief Minister to reduce the accidents, it was informed about the increase of 15 percent road accidents on National Highway 28. In the district, 287 people died and 288 were injured in 486 road accidents. In this, if we talk about NH-28 alone, there were about 150 road accidents in a year from Lucknow to Ayodhya border.

According to government data, there were six road accidents from Golden Blossom to Mohammadupar Chowki, 33 from Safedabad to Chaupula, 18 from Sagar Institute, 29 from Lakshbar Bajaha to Safdarganj Chauraha and 62 from Safdarganj Palhari to Ramsanehighat.
To prevent accidents on this VVIP road, on the orders of ASP traffic, a traffic inspector studied the history of road accidents on the highway and studied it. After that, after working hard, drawing the map of the 50 km long highway, marked the accident prone sites.

On the basis of the necessary measures to prevent road accidents, a formula was prepared and handed over to the SP. Under this, a proposal has been sent to the DM to get the work done on the service lane closed, top table, cross barrier, spring divider for road safety at 38 identified places. A copy of this has been sent to the Divisional Commissioner Ayodhya and DIG Ayodhya.
