It is said that on Thursday evening, the city Kotwal Praveen Kumar Singh was sitting at the police booth in front of the railway station. Meanwhile, the son of MLA Sangram Singh Yadav had parked his luxury car near the police booth in front of the railway station. The Kotwal had asked the MLA’s son to remove the car, after which a debate started between the two.
Kotwal accused of abusing
The controversy took hold and after a while the SP MLA also reached the spot in favor of his son. There was a debate between the Kotwal and the MLA regarding this. MLA Yadav said that the Kotwali in-charge had asked his son to remove the vehicle, for which he had agreed.
In this regard, Additional Superintendent of Police DP Tiwari said that a video has surfaced of a heated argument between Phephna MLA Sangram Singh Yadav and city Kotwali in-charge Praveen Kumar Singh regarding parking of the vehicle in front of the railway station. The investigation of the matter has been handed over to the Deputy Superintendent of Police (City). Necessary action will be taken after receiving the inquiry report.
