Anuj Chowdhary, son of farmer Harveer Singh of Katha village, is a soldier in the Indian Army. Whose duty is going on in Ladakh. Two days ago, Anuj was coming down with his fellow soldiers from the hilly area with the goods. Four jawans were walking ahead, while Anuj was behind. Then, due to the sliding of the snow, Anuj got buried under about six feet of snow.
When the companions started searching, they saw Anuj’s bag after removing some snow. After which he kept removing the snow around and after about two and a half hours Anuj was found unconscious.
Anuj was breathing, but his body was completely cold and stiff. The companions brought him down from the hilly area in Ladakh and got him treated in the army hospital. Anuj’s condition was critical for two days, but now he is out of danger.
Anuj said, felt that now I will not be able to serve the country
Anuj Chaudhary told in a phone conversation that when he got buried under the snow, initially he tried to get out himself. Under the snow, the courage started responding and the body kept getting cold.
He told that after being buried in the snow, he tried to get out several times, but could not get out even after that. He felt that now he would not be able to serve the country, because he could hardly survive. His companions found him and his life was saved.
family members keep praying
Anuj’s family consists of father Harveer Singh, mother Nirmala Devi, one brother and two sisters. When they came to know that he was buried under the snow and was admitted to the hospital in critical condition, the family members prayed for his safety. The result of that too is that he is fine now.
