Attempted murder of Congress worker: Nationalist MP Adkala; 10 year prison sentence education A to Z Counsel

Lakshadweep : Nationalist Congress MP from Lakshadweep Mohammad Faisal has come in trouble due to an incident in 2009. Kavaratti District and Sessions Court in Lakshadweep sentenced Faizal to 10 years of education for attempting to murder Congress worker Mohammad Saleh.

Following the promise made during the campaign for the 2009 Lok Sabha elections, former Lok Sabha member from Lakshadweep and veteran Congress leader P.M. One person would have attacked Congress leader Mohammad Saleh, who was the son-in-law of Saeed. Otherwise, Saleh, who was injured in the attack, would have been immediately admitted to the hospital. Faisal is accused of helping in the attempted murder of Mohammad Saleh. In this case, Kavaratti District and Sessions Court in Lakshadweep gave education to MP Faisal and three other people in Turungwasachi. Also, the court imposed a fine of one lakh rupees on all the four accused.

Both the MLAs of Nationalist Congress Party from Maharashtra i.e. former minister Anil Deshmukh and Nawab Malik would have been in trouble for a few days. Anil Deshmukh is currently being released from prison, but Nawab Malik is still in prison. Also, the house of some leaders of the state is surrounded by eddies. Mohammad Faizal, Member of Parliament of Lakshadweep Lok Sabha constituency of Ashtaq Nationalist, has been denied education for 10 years in Turin.

Political career of Mohammad Faizal

Mohammad Faizal was elected to the Lok Sabha in both the elections in 2014 and 2019 under the watch symbol of the Nationalist. He is considered close to party president Sharad Pawar. In the Lok Sabha, he played a decisive role on many questions of Lakshadweep.

Meanwhile, ‘Majhyavar political interest only action is being taken. Or we will appeal against the decision in the Kerala High Court,’ said Mohammad Faizal.
