The Allahabad High Court has rejected the bail application of husband Anuj Chetan Saraswati alias Anuj Katheria, accused of rape and unnatural sex and cheating with his wife. On the involvement of the petitioner in the case of committing a similar crime by marrying another girl, the court said that the petitioner has a criminal history. Such people are dangerous for the society and such people should remain in jail. The court has asked the subordinate court to dispose the trial court of the case on day-to-day basis as soon as possible.
Justice Dr. Gautam Chaudhary has given this order on the bail application of husband Anuj Chetan Saraswati alias Anuj Katheria. According to the case, when the reality of the husband came to the fore, the victim lodged an FIR against him at the Chakeri police station in Kanpur district.
The criminal history presented during the hearing on the bail application revealed that he was involved in a similar crime in the past also after marrying a young woman. For which cases have been registered against the petitioner for unnatural offense and murderous attack in Kidwainagar of Kanpur and Nigohi police station of Shahjahanpur.
