Odd semester examinations at Mangalayatan University in Aligarh began on Monday amid elaborate security arrangements. On the first day, the examinees took the examination in a peaceful atmosphere.

Controller of Examinations Prof. Dinesh Sharma informed that examinations of various courses are being conducted. The exams will end on January 31. The examinees have been seated at a prescribed distance as per the examination standard so that they do not get an opportunity to copy from each other.

The flying squad constituted at Mangalayatan University also conducted surprise inspection during the examination. The work of evaluation of answer sheets has also been started. The result will also be declared as soon as the exam is over.

After the completion of the first day’s examination, the students were seen discussing with each other in the university premises. The students discussed with their peers about the answers to the questions that came in the exam. Some found the question paper easy, while some found it difficult.
