A fight broke out between two parties during Holi in Vijaygarh police station area of Aligarh, Naglaprithvi, in which people from one side forcibly dragged the youth to the terrace. The young man was beaten with sticks and thrown from above. The young man died on the spot.
There was a fight between two people on Holi in Naglaprithvi of Vijaygarh, in which one side filed a complaint in the police station, and after some time the other side also reached the police station. Both the parties left the police station after complaining about the fight. Shortly after, as soon as Police Station President Jitendra Kumar Singh reached for investigation on the way with May Force, the family members were bringing the injured Mukesh’s son Dhyan Pal Singh.
Dhyan Pal Singh, the father of the deceased Mukesh, told the police that Mukesh was beaten up with sticks. Komal Singh, Thakurdas Amar Singh, Rajaram s/o Roshan Singh, Santosh, Bobby s/o Rajaram, Harpal s/o Amar Singh, Ajay s/o Komal Singh, Virendra s/o Mohanlal r/o Naglashekha, Hasayan threw Mukesh from above.
Mukesh was breathing a bit, so the family members took him to Akarabad Hospital. The doctor declared Mukesh dead. Mukesh’s father Dhyan Pal Singh told that our old enmity is going on. A few days ago, the other party had accused the girl of molesting her, somehow a settlement was reached by giving one lakh ten thousand. When Mukesh reached in front of Amar Singh’s house on Holi for some work, people from the other side caught hold of him. A relative of Virendra’s son Mohanlal Naglashekha Hasayan had come from the other side. Everyone killed Mukesh with his help.
Police sent the dead body for postmortem after filling the panchnama. As soon as it was known in the family that Mukesh had died, there was chaos in the family. Father Dhyan Pal Singh has filed a case against nine people. The police has started investigating. CO Barla Sarjana Singh reached the spot. Reached the spot and investigated.
