The dead body of a youth was found lying on GT Road in Aligarh’s Bannadevi area on Saturday night. In the case on behalf of the family, the friend has been accused of murder. At present, the police have handed over the dead body to the family after the post-mortem. Investigation is on in the matter.
It is reported that 32-year-old Rohit of Nagla Kalar used to do generator repair work. Apart from wife Radha, there are two children in the house. According to the family, an acquaintance had taken him by asking him to get the generator fixed. After this did not return. He was found unconscious near the church on GT Road at night.
On this, with the help of passers-by, the police sent him to the district hospital. where he was declared dead. In this case, the family has accused the friend of murder by giving poison. Here, the cause of death has not been revealed in the post-mortem. The viscera has been preserved. The police is probing the matter.
