The one who distributes beer to Kanwaris in jail

A strange incident took place on Friday afternoon in front of Devtray Hospital in Aligarh’s Ramghat Road area. Here a young man was distributing a can of beer to the Kanwariyas. The people around were stunned to see this and informed the police. However, he fled before the arrival of the police. But on the basis of the face and bike number of the young man captured in mobile and CCTV, he was caught.
During interrogation, he told that his father had passed away fifteen days back. He was distributing beer in his memory for the peace of his soul. Yogesh, a young man from Quarsi’s Srinagar, bought a carton of beer cans from Niranjanpuri’s contract in the afternoon and started distributing it to the kanwariyas running on the road. During this, the kanwariyas also started avoiding him. But some youth took a can of beer.
Meanwhile, some youths made a video of him and informed the police. On seeing the Quarsi police who reached on this information, he ran away. Later, he was nabbed in a brief effort. During interrogation, he revealed his identity and told that he was doing this in the memory of his father for the peace of his soul.
According to CO III Shiv Pratap Singh, a case has been registered against the youth and he has been arrested. He has hurt the sentiments of the people. Here, on behalf of the Excise Department, notice has been issued to the beer contractor, in which there is an allegation of selling beer to the same person in excess of the prescribed standard.
