Congress Minority Department President and Rajya Sabha member Imran Pratapgarhi questioned the policies of the BJP government on several issues including Adani. Imran Pratapgarhi, who came on a two-day tour on Saturday, said that there is Adani’s government in the country, not Modi. Adani has trillions of rupees capital of banks and LIC. The MP accused the NSE of failing to act against the Adani group.
The Congress leader said that the BJP government tried to tarnish the image of Rahul Gandhi by spending thousands of crores of rupees. The name Pappu was affixed to him, but everything was washed away by the Bharat Jodo Yatra. He alleged that the RSS had caused a big loss to Aman. Imran Pratapgarhi also said that there is a need to strengthen Rahul’s cause of uniting the country.
The Congress leader also participated in the Divyanjan Samman ceremony and mass marriage program organized at a guest house on Bank Road. Earlier in the morning, on reaching here by Prayagraj train, Congress leaders and workers welcomed him. During this, Gangapar President Suresh Yadav, City Minority President Arshad Ali, Kishore Varshney, Fuzail Hashmi, Rakesh Patel, Mahfuz Ahmed, Irshad Ullah, Zahid etc were present.
