Former district panchayat president Tejveer Singh Guddu, who was detained in Bulandshahr Jail, was served another case of land fraud registered in Bannadevi on Tuesday. Guddu was brought here from Bulandshahr Jail for civil production amid tight security and Bannadevi police got the case served in the CJM court. During this, Guddu was sent back to Buldanshahr Jail after being remanded.
Giving information in this regard, Inspector Bannadevi Pradeep Kumar said that in his police station, a case related to fraud of a land of Mahua Kheda was registered in 2022. In the case filed on behalf of Vijay Bahadur of RAF Road, Tejveer Singh Guddu, resident of Sukhravali, along with many people, have been accused of fraudulently occupying the ancestral land and plotting for the colony.
In this case, Guddu was summoned here on the basis of V warrant. An application was given by the litigator to get the case served on Guddu in the court. On the basis of which the process of filing the case has been completed. Tell that Tejveer Singh Guddu is lodged in Bulandshahr Jail after being convicted in the murder case of former Iglas MLA Malkhan Singh and his bodyguard.
Vishal Gaur and Chhotu were also produced
Two other criminals, Vishal Gaur and Upendra alias Chhotu, convicted in the murder case of former MLA Malkhan Singh, were also brought here for production from Bulandshahr Jail on Tuesday. He appeared in the lower court in an old case related to firing in Gandhinagar. After this all were taken back to Bulandshahr Jail.
