The dedication and felicitation ceremony was inaugurated by Additional Director General of Police Rajeev Krishna. Padma Shri Dr. DK Hazra, CMO Dr. Arun Srivastava, SN Medical College Principal Dr. Prashant Gupta lit the lamp in front of Saraswati.
