A painful accident took place in Nilanchal Express between Somna and Dambar railway station of Aligarh. At around 8.50 am on Friday morning, an iron rod lying on the side of the track, while breaking the glass of the general coach of Nilanchal Express, which was running at a speed of 110 kmph, crossed the neck of a passenger. In the accident, Harikesh Dubey (34), a resident of Sultanpur, died on the spot. The woman sitting on the second seat next to the passenger narrowly escaped. After the accident, in the same coach, with the blood-soaked dead body, the terrified passengers traveled for about half an hour to Aligarh. The incident in Nilanchal Express has shaken the passengers traveling in the trains to their core. Stunned. After the incident, most of the passengers in that coach were in panic.
When this accident happened around 8.50 am. At that time the train was running at a speed of 110 km. After that it took around 32 minutes till the train reached Aligarh. These 32 minutes passed in fear. The passengers were getting apprehensive that such an incident might not happen in the future.
The panic was such that the passengers sitting near the window left the seat. Most of the people came to the middle gallery. Even those who were fond of seeing the view outside the door were shocked. He was also worried about his life. Women traveling with children carried their infants in their arms. Banned him from playing on the floor in the coach.
The travelers used to get scared after looking at Harikesh again and again. He was not able to understand.. how did this happen after all. The passengers were also discussing among themselves that death can come like this too. No one would have thought of this. Harikesh’s seat remained vacant in the coach. Other passengers could not even gather the courage to sit on it.
According to Vinay Saroj and Shailendra Mishra, who were traveling in the general coach of the Nilanchal Express train, the train was passing near Dabur station, when suddenly with a loud noise, an iron rod broke the window glass and directly boarded the seat number 15. Passed through the head between the passenger’s neck and ear and entered the plyboard.
