Hathras District Magistrate Archana Verma, originally a 2014 batch IAS resident of District Basti, says that women should become educated and self-reliant. Today women are moving forward in every field. Education is the only option for women to move forward in every field. District Magistrate Archana Verma says that she got the inspiration to become an IAS from her father in the family. She is also the mother of two children. Her husband is an IRS officer in Delhi. In such a situation, she is fulfilling the responsibility of the family and the district with full dedication and readiness. He says that women must be educated, so that women can become self-sufficient not only financially but also in other areas.
Monica Gautam is benefiting women from the government’s welfare schemes
Women Welfare Officer in the district Monika Gautam is benefiting her women through various government schemes. His early education took place in Hathras and after that he was selected for this post in the year 2019. She says that while holding this post, I keep trying to reach every woman of the society and get them benefited from the departmental schemes. Keeping in touch through many girls, I provide various counseling services and full contribution for their development. Along with this, I am always ready for financial help and emotional support. Pratibha Rajput is the first woman ADGC of the district
Pratibha Rajput is the first woman ADGC of the district. He practiced law in the year 2009. In the year 2020, she became ADGC. With her strong advocacy, she has so far got the culprits punished in many cases. In the year 2023 also, he has awarded life imprisonment to the accused in two cases. She advocates strongly on behalf of the aggrieved party and tries her best to get them justice. He says that women should fight against injustice and oppression. Women need to be educated. An educated woman can never be a victim of harassment.
