This incident happened on 15th December and the police registered the crime on 19th December. On Wednesday, the Warora police had called the accused who were beaten up by the police station’s Amaldar Balaji L. Pawar for the statement and left them on the information sheet.
Vinod Shravan Dethe’s farm is in the village Ashti complex, 7 km from Warora town. Soybeans were kept in the shed of that farm. The farm owner Dethe was suspected of stealing soyabean from here. At the same time, Sandeep Mahadev Rageet and Mohan Muralidhar Thengane were seen leaving on their bike. Seeing this, on the basis of suspicion, the farm owner Dethe filed a report of soyabean theft against both of them at Warora police station. On this basis, Warora police registered a case against both the accused under section 461,380,34.
The next day, on December 15, Vinod Dethe, along with his 7 to 8 companions, called Tulana resident Sandeep Rageet, Mohan Thengane to the farm after planning and tying them with a long rope to tie the oxen, Vinod Dethe, Sandeep Gandhare did humanitarian work. The one who nullified the sensibilities, crossing all the limits of humanity, brutally beat both of them with wood and pipe. During this, he is seen in the video torturing badly by kicking his chest and thigh. Those who beat both of them include 6 to 8 people.
After beating both of them for hours, they were handed over to the police. Seeing the poor condition of the accused, the police sent them to Warora Upazila Hospital for medical examination. After the medical, on December 16, he was given a warning and left on the information sheet. Even after being beaten so badly, both did not have the courage to report against both the bullies, so both did not file the report. But someone made a video of the beating badly and made it viral.
After receiving this video from the police, after examining it, on the basis of the report of Ganpat Gadge, the assistant police officer of the police station, on 19th December, on the basis of the report of the police station’s assistant police station, under section 143, 147, 148, 149, 324,341,342 against the accused who were inhumanely beaten.
