Video: Major accident averted; Air India flight's shocking emergency landing

Thiruvananthapuram: An Air India flight made an emergency landing today at Thiruvananthapuram airport. Part of the flight from Kozhikode to Saudi Arabia was hit by runway. The aircraft had to make an emergency landing due to accidents or incidents while taking off from Kozhikode. For this, a warning had to be issued at the entire airport.

Air India Express IX385 aircraft was on its way to Saudi Arabia from Kozhikode. Or the plane would have been 168 migrants. The aircraft was about to take off from the Kozhikode airport and some part of its rear runway was hit. Due to this, there is a doubt that the aircraft may have suffered a hydraulic failure. Due to this, the airport was shifted to Thiruvananthapuram. As a precaution, extra fuel was dumped from half of the Arabian Sea aircraft during the emergency landing. So that the possibility of the aircraft catching fire at the time of emergency landing will decrease.

According to Air India Express, the aircraft made a safe emergency landing at Thiruvananthapuram airport on Friday afternoon at 12.15 minutes. Are all the 168 passengers in the plane safe. At 3:30 in the afternoon, all the passengers were sent to Damman by the second flight.

Or on January 29, Air India’s aircraft IX 412 would have suffered hydraulic failure. Those planes would have gone from Sharjah to Kochila. The aircraft would have had 183 passengers and 6 crew members. Then emergency landing would have been done at Kochi airport, at that time also complete emergency would have been implemented at Kochi airport. Even in the beginning of February, Air India’s flights coming from Dubai to Thiruvananthapuram would have had to make emergency landings.

Kay Aste Hydraulics

Aircraft’s landing gears ie wheel hydraulic pressurers work. For this, fast moving pistons and cylinders are used, which have oil. When on one side the piston was pressed by oil pressure, then on the other side the piston’s pressure would be the same. When there is a fault in the system, the choke nits of the aircraft do not open during landing. The situation would have been terrible and there would have been a possibility of a major accident.
