The weather has changed for the last two-three days in the neighboring districts including Varanasi. While the humidity in the air has reduced, there has been some respite from the cold due to drizzle. After Sunday, it rained intermittently on Monday morning. Due to this a slippery condition has arisen on the roads. There is movement of clouds in the sky since morning. Due to the kind of weather, the chances of sunshine are also less.
The mercury is also stable for the last two days. The maximum temperature on Sunday was recorded at 24.4 degree Celsius while the minimum temperature was recorded at 12.0 degree Celsius. People felt relieved because of good weather for the first five days of last week. After this, the weather pattern has also changed due to rain.
Meteorologist SN Pandey told that up to one kilometer east wind is blowing at a speed of 10 kilometers per hour. After that westerly winds are blowing. Told that the weather is likely to remain like this till Vasant Panchami i.e. 26th January.
