A young man tried to commit suicide by stabbing his throat on Monday morning near Samman Hotel in Godaulia, Varanasi. According to the people present on the spot, an unknown youth stopped on the roadside while walking. He took the fruit cart knife and started attacking his neck.
The young man bled to death after being stabbed and people nearby informed the police and took him to Marwari Hospital. He got several stitches in his throat.
