Mukhtar Ansari has been summoned in the MP-MLA court of the district on Tuesday in the 21-year-old Usri case. Mukhtar’s elder brother MP Afzal Ansari says that in the year 2002, Mukhtar was also sentenced to 10 years in the TADA case. When he went to the Supreme Court, the decision was overturned there. There is rule of law in the country. Here everyone has the constitutional right to approach the higher court. He said that even in the case of gangster there is a way to go to the Supreme Court. This was also accepted as a matter worth hearing in the High Court, but even before the hearing was held there, the district court pronounced the sentence. Due to which the hearing could not be held there. Will appeal again.
