UP: Order for murder case against 12 policemen including three sub-inspectors, Zeeshan’s life was lost in the encounter A to Z Counsel

Zeeshan Haider was killed in an encounter between police and cow-smugglers in Saharanpur’s Deoband area village Theetki about one and a half years ago. In this case, the CJM court has ordered registration of murder report against 12 policemen including three sub-inspectors.

On September 5, 2021, in a police encounter, Zeeshan Haider, a resident of Thitki village, was seriously injured after being shot in his leg, who died during treatment. In the case, the wife of the deceased, Afroz, had filed an application in the court accusing 12 policemen, including three sub-inspectors, of calling her husband and taking him away from home and shooting him dead in the field.

While hearing the matter on Friday, the CJM court ordered sub-inspectors Yashpal Singh, Asgar Ali, Omveer Singh, constables Sukhpal Singh, Bharat Singh, Vipin Kumar, Pramod Kumar, Rajbir Singh, Neetu Yadav, Devendra Kumar, Brajesh Kumar, Ankit Kumar Ordered to file a murder report against. The court also ordered the Kotwali Deoband Inspector to report the case registered with immediate effect. Inspector Deoband Hriday Narayan Singh says that orders have not been received yet. As soon as the order is received, the case will be registered following the instructions of the court.
