The scholarship given to the students of UP Madrassas up to class VIII has been stopped. This rule will be applicable only in the 2022-23 session.

A scholarship of Rs 1000 was given to the children studying in madrassas in the state up to class VIII. which has been banned.

Last date for fee payment is now till 10
The Uttar Pradesh government has extended the last date for scholarship and fee reimbursement till December 10. Earlier the last date was November 7. In fact, this time a large number of students of colleges affiliated to universities were not able to apply online due to the delayed start of admission to various courses. The problem of these students was prominently published by Amar Ujala. Students also campaigned on social media to extend the date.

In view of this, the government decided to extend the last date. Principal Secretary, Social Welfare Dr. Hariom said that it has been decided to extend the last date for post-secondary classes (above class-10) till December 10. In Pre-Xth (Class 9) facility has been given to lock the data of the students till 30th November.
