Municipal Corporation Saharanpur, Nagar Palika Parishad Hata Kushinagar and Nagar Panchayat Banda got the Good Performer award in the fast mover category. In the special category, such bodies were awarded where not a single garbage site was found since independence. Dayalabad and Swamibaug Nagar Panchayats of Agra were awarded in this.
