Lucknow: Uttar Pradesh’s Deputy Chief Minister Keshav Prasad Maurya, while meeting with the officials of Rural Development and Overall Village Development, Rural Engineering, Food Processing Department, in the meeting hall of Moradabad’s Moondhapande Airport, informed about the intention of the government. Gave instructions to act accordingly. While reviewing the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana and the Chief Minister’s Housing Scheme, the Deputy Chief Minister directed to maintain full transparency in beneficiary selection. He said that it is the intention of the government that every eligible beneficiary should be benefited from the schemes of the government and the work of 100 percent verification of basic facilities should also be completed. He said that the applications forwarded by the public representatives should be disposed of with special attention. The Deputy Chief Minister directed that serious incidents take place due to the Chak Marg dispute, so a campaign should be made to free the Chak Margs from encroachment. High officials kept visiting the villages of consolidation so that people could not be unnecessarily exploited during the consolidation process.

Taking information about the group under the National Rural Livelihood Mission, the Deputy Chief Minister said that special items should be made from the groups and move towards development. Moradabad is such a place where the products are going to the country and abroad. Therefore, a special platform should be created for the groups as well.

Taking information about Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana, the Deputy Chief Minister instructed the Executive Engineer RES to complete the road construction work on time. Instructed to pay special attention to quality in the construction work of Gaushala being done by RES in the district. He said that works related to villages and the poor should be done in a systematic manner. The Deputy Chief Minister said that the officers at the tehsil, block and police station levels should also note that the general public should not face any problem at these places.

Inspection of Bhadasana Amrit Sarovar

After the meeting, the Deputy Chief Minister did a site inspection of Bhadasana Amrit Sarovar under development block Mundapande and distributed keys to the beneficiaries of the housing scheme and CCL checks to the groups under NRLM. On this occasion, District Magistrate Shailendra Kumar Singh, Senior Superintendent of Police Hemraj Meena, Chief Development Officer Sumit Yadav, Project Director Satish Prasad Mishra, SP Traffic Ashok Kumar, MLC Gopal Anjan, Chairman Uttar Pradesh Child Protection Rights Commission Dr. Vishesh Gupta, SP Dehat, City Magistrate Jyoti Singh, SDM Sadar, District Development Officer, Block Development Officer, Executive Engineer RES, officers of Food Processing Department and other concerned officers were present.
