The machine of the sub-centre in Baghpat blew up, the lights of 10,000 houses went out.
A fire broke out in the incoming machine on Wednesday night due to a fault in the 33/11 sub-station at the 132 KVA power station in Aminagar Sarai town of Baghpat district. Due to which the power supply of 10,000 houses in the town and four villages came to a standstill. Due to which farmers along with domestic consumers had to face problems for irrigation.

Police arrested two miscreants in an encounter in connection with robbery at SP leader Shravan Chowdhary’s house in Ganganagar, Meerut. Both have bullet wounds in their legs. Police admitted both the injured to the hospital, where their interrogation is on.
On November 16, miscreants committed a robbery at the house of SP leader Shravan Chowdhary in Aman Vihar, Ganga Nagar. Sushil Gurjar, the main accused who carried out the incident, was arrested by the Dehradun police. After interrogating him, the Meerut police surrounded Sushil Gurjar’s other two companions. Both the miscreants were shot in the leg during the encounter. It has been told that one miscreant is Vishal resident Rohta and the other is Amit resident Kharkhoda. The police is currently interrogating both the miscreants as to how the plan was made to commit the crime. However, Sushil Gurjar, who was caught in Dehradun, had told that he had met Shravan’s old servant Sunil Bengali in jail. After which the incident was executed while planning the robbery.

In Bijnor’s Dhampur, there is dissatisfaction among the employees of Roadways Bus Depot officials regarding construction on government land at the turn outside Roadways Bus Depot by a person. Assistant Regional Manager PL Patharia reached the concerned land along with the employees and inspected it. The officials have demanded immediate stoppage of the construction and removal of the construction material kept there. The Assistant Regional Manager says that the process of modernizing the roadways bus depot of Dhampur is proposed. Approval is being sought by sending a proposal to the officers of the corporation. As soon as approval is received. Work will start.
It is alleged that a person is trying to narrow the road by illegally constructing on government land outside the roadways depot. Due to which there will not only be a huge problem in the movement of buses, but there will also be an increase in road accidents. Told that he had informed Subhash Kumar, the executive officer of the municipality. But no effective action has been taken from their level so far. Due to which it seems as if there is collusion of the officials of the municipality with the accused. Assistant Regional Manager and other employees have met the Deputy District Magistrate and demanded to stop the illegal construction with immediate effect and to remove the construction material kept there. Parvinder Kumar Singh Deepu, Incharge Lokendra Singh, Chetan Singh, Rajkumar Singh, Karanveer Singh etc were present on this occasion.

UP: Governor will give medals to students in CCSU today, police encounter with miscreants in Ganganagar, two arrested
131193 students will get degree
195 students will receive 228 gold medal-specific merit certificates at the convocation. 131193 students of UG-PG will get degrees. Of these, the number of boys is 43534 (33 per cent) and the number of girls is 87659 (68.82 per cent). 234 students will get PhD degree. One Chancellor Gold Medal, one President Shankar Dayal Sharma Gold Medal, two Chaudhary Charan Singh Smriti Pratibha Puraskar, 59 Sponsored Gold Medals, 165 Vice Chancellor Gold Medals will be given. Apart from these, sponsored medals for the year 2021 will also be given. All these medals were stamped in the working council meeting on Wednesday. The PhD degrees of 44 students were also stamped.
