A new strategy is being chalked out regarding Covid vaccination in the state. Now additional Covid vaccination booths will be made at railways, bus stands, metro and other public places. While the booths already running will be operated continuously.
State vaccination in-charge Dr. Ajay Gupta said that instructions have been given to all districts to speed up vaccination. On the basis of the list of those taking the second dose, those taking the precautionary dose are being identified. Dr. Gupta told that the dose of Covishield is being ordered. Those who have had two doses of Covishield and do not have this vaccine at their booth, they can get Covaxin installed. This has been approved by the Ministry of Health and WHO. There is no problem in this.
Getting ready from bed to oxygen plant All CMOs and CMS have been instructed to keep the oxygen plant ready from the bed. About one lakh 18 thousand beds were prepared during the Kovid period in the state. If the number of patients increases, the hospital will be converted into Kovid.
