UP by-election: Nomination papers have been purchased for former MLA and RLD-SP alliance candidate Madan Bhaiya for Khatauli by-election in Muzaffarnagar district. 10 nomination papers were sold on Monday, while a total of 18 nomination forms have been sold so far. Till now not a single enrollment form has been submitted.
The process of nomination is going on in the court of ADM Administration located at Collectorate. Election Officer SDM Khatauli Jeet Singh Rai said that 10 nomination papers have been taken for different candidates on Monday. No nomination papers have been submitted so far. Tight security arrangements were made in the court on Monday.

Rapid Reaction Force has been deployed outside the nomination room. The road leading to the nomination hall is closed for vehicles. On the other hand, Ralod District President Sandeep Malik told that the nomination form for SP-Ralod alliance candidate Madan Bhaiya has been procured through the advocate. The form submission process will be completed soon.
