Constant emphasis is being laid on conducting copyless UP board examinations. About 50 percent of the examination centers in Hathras have been declared sensitive and hypersensitive. Even after this, board examinations were started on Thursday amid half-baked preparations. Flaws have been caught at many centers in the inspection, which have been instructed to be removed immediately. In both the shifts, 46,536 candidates appeared while 5037 candidates left the exam.
Additional District Magistrate Judicial and District Social Welfare Officer Sarita Singh inspected the examination centres. Flaws were found at many exam centres. In the inspection, there was no lattice on the windows of the examination class in Janata Inter College, Ruheri. Voice recorder of CCTV cameras in KL Jain Inter College Sasni was not clear. Even in Lavkush Inter College, Tatarpur, there was no lattice on the windows of the examination halls. There was no sound coming from the voice recorder in Kanya Inter College Sasni.
In Sasni Vidyapeeth Inter College there was no adequate lighting in the examination hall and in Gandhi Inter College Mangru also there was no adequate lighting in the examination halls. To delay the shortcomings of these examination centers, DIOS Ritu Goyal has issued a letter to the concerned center administrators. In the letter, instructions have been given to remove the deficiencies found at the examination center immediately.
