The preparations for the 10th and 12th examinations of UP Board starting from 16th February have been completed. 16 districts of the state have been kept in the most sensitive category. It includes Prayagraj, Ballia, Azamgarh, Mau, Ghazipur, Chandauli, Jaunpur, Deoria, Gonda, Mathura, Aligarh, Mainpuri, Etah, Baghpat, Hardoi and Kaushambi districts. A total of 8753 examination centers have been set up in the state for board exams. More than 58 lakh candidates of 10th and 12th will appear in the examination at these centers. 242 examination centers have been classified as hypersensitive and 936 as sensitive.

In the board examination of the Board of Secondary Education, the high school examination will be completed in 12 working days and the intermediate examination in 14 working days. Compared to last year, this time the number of candidates has increased by 6,93,129. Even after this, the number of examination centers has been increased by 4.5 percent. For inspection and supervision of examination centres, 1390 sector magistrates, 455 zonal magistrates, 521 mobile teams and 75 state level supervisory officers have been appointed in the districts.
