Keeping in mind the growing need for tools and practices to nurture good mental health and a peaceful, clear and stress-free mind, Art of Living, under the aegis of ‘Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav’ on 26 January in Uttar Pradesh, will organize ‘Har Ghar Meditation’ campaign is being started.
