Today, the festival of Holi is being celebrated with great pomp across the country. In Varanasi too, people are engrossed in the ecstasy of Holi. A unique Holi was witnessed at Assi Ghat in Kashi. Where flowers were showered on devotees during Ganga Aarti under the aegis of Jai Maa Ganga Seva Samiti. Seeing this scene, everyone happily started announcing Har Har Mahadev.
Aarti administrator Vikas Pandey told that Holi of flowers was played today. Flowers of rose, marigold and jasmine are showered on the devotees, signifying peace and unity. Devotees were appealed to celebrate this festival of Holi with peace and love. Celebrate the festival of colors by taking everyone together.
