The application of Shaista Parveen, wife of Mafia Atiq Ahmed, could not be heard in the Chief Judicial Magistrate’s court on Thursday, March 2. Because, in-charge Inspector Dhumanganj did not send the report in the court. In his place, a report was submitted by a constable, which was strongly contested by Shaista’s advocates. After this, the court ordered the inspector in-charge of police station Dhumanganj to give a clear report in the matter. Along with this, the date of March 3 was fixed for the hearing of the case.
This order was given by Chief Judicial Magistrate Dinesh Kumar Gautam after hearing the arguments of advocates Vijay Mishra and Manish Khanna. It has been alleged in the application that the police of Dhumanganj police station took away Shaista’s two sons from their house on Friday night and till now no trace of them has been found. No information is being given by the police station. On this, the Chief Judicial Magistrate had summoned the report from Dhumanganj police station.
