After the murder of Umesh Pal, the main witness in the MLA Raju Pal murder case, the PDA demolished the house where Atiq’s wife lived with the children. This house is located in Kasari Masari of Khuldabad police station area. Some say it is Atiq’s benami property, while others say it belongs to Zafar, an ANI journalist based in Banda. However, the electricity connection of the house that was demolished is in the name of Shaista Parveen only.
