Khalid Azim alias Ashraf, brother of Mafia Atiq Ahmed, accused in the murder of Umesh Pal, is lodged in Bareilly jail. Interrogation of the suspects in the murder case revealed that Ashraf was running the business of Atiq Ahmed from jail. Living in the posh colonies of the city, his henchmen were operating the network in Prayagraj.
